We need alumni to help at our registration tables for the Day Party and the Cookout.
We need 2 volunteers at the registration tables, rotating every half hour to check people off the quest list, collect money and give out wristbands.

BUSINESS VENDORS!
In honor of the return of Detroit HBCU Weekend(August 5-7), we are inviting all of our local businesses to be vendors for the "Cookout On the Yard @ Marygrove College", Sunday August 7th.
We want to make sure that we draw attention to your respective businesses moving forward.
Our vendor fee for the weekend is $50. This will serve as a donation to the Detroit HBCU Network which is 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. You must supply your own table and chairs for setup. All vendors will get to eat for free at the cookout.
